What is your return policy? Because we know it's hard to fit the correct size online MommyMilkŪ Has a no hassle returns policy. Returns will be exchanged or credited in the same form as they were paid. Item must be returned unwashed, with tags within 30 days from purchase. Your tank can still be returned after 30 days, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit. Where can I find Sizing information? For proper sizing info please refer to the "find my size" link on our home page or contact us for help on finding the correct size. Shipping Shipping is calculated during checkout; we do ship internationally. If you buy three or more tanks your order will ship free! Shipping can be expedited for an additional charges, prices can be seen during checkout. I'm shipping my order outside of the US will I be charges additional duties and taxes? We do not charge any additional taxes to ship internationally, duties and custom charges are the buyers responsibility and may vary by country. How do I know if my order has been shipped? As soon as your order has shipped we will update you order status; you can check the status of any order by logging into your account. How do I track my order? My order has shipped but I still cannot track it, how can I find out where it is? Tracking information may not be available for the first 24-48 hours after you receive your shipment confirmation email. If you order is shipped by USPS first class mail tracking info may not be available. If a tracking number is available your account will be updated with the tracking info. How can I check the status of my order? If you need to check the status of your order please log into your account and click "Order History". If you have any questions about your order please contact us. What forms of payment do you accept online? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks and money orders. Preorders How can I find out when my preordered items will be shipped? All preorders will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will get a shipment notification when they ship. When we receive your order you will see an order confirmation page and you will receive an email with your order information. What happens if the status of my item changes?
