To become an affiliate use the contact us page and tell us that you would like to become an affiliate and will send your unique MommyMilk® referral number.

When new customers register they will be asked for a referral code when they use your code the sale will be registered to you referal code. Once you have had three registered sales you will receive an email asking your preferred size and color. Then your MommyMilk® Tank will be on it's way! The referred customer cannot be yourself, or for any orders shipped to your name or address. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery of you reward tank.

Please understand that in order for us to successfully offer this program to you we are prevented from sending free referral reward tanks when the referral purchases are returned.
